| Rudy's Farm is the No. 1 sausage
biscuit and value pack pattie in the United States. Headquartered in Cordova, Tenn.,
Rudy's Farm has more than 50 employees. Rudy's
Farm specializes in breakfast sausage and a variety of regular and value sized breakfast
sandwiches.
Founded in the 1930s in Nashville, Tenn., by
Frank and Dan Rudy, the brothers relied on an old family recipe passed down from their
grandfather Daniel Rudy. Rudy's Farm still uses that 65-year-old recipe. The Rudy Brothers
started making sausage as a part-time business during winter months, mainly selling to
friends and neighbors. In 1934, they went into the sausage business full-time and they
were the first company in Nashville to use refrigerated trucks to ship products.
Rudy's Farm also markets the King Cotton, R.B.
Rice, Circle B, and Mar Tenn brands. |
