1995 Winston Cup Season |
|||||||||||||||||
Derrike Cope started out the 1995
season hoping for good things to happen with the Bobby Allison Motorsports (BAM) Team as
this was their first full season together. Jimmy Fennig was the crew chief.The season started great with Derrike getting a fifth at Darlington. Since he was one of the few that came away with no major damage and since he had finished well, NASCAR decided to take the #12 Mane 'n Tail Ford Thunderbird to a wind tunnel test. This seemed to cause disruption for the team as there was a big slump in the middle of the season.
