Official Report

After the race, Derrike said, "We had some disappointment at Rockingham this past week. Unfortunately due to the rain, we had very limited practice time. Although we made a lot gains with the car from a technical standpoint, we fell short by about 2/10 of a second which is about 2 car lengths. Then coming out of Pit Row, the clutch was squealing and we decided to pull the car off the track.

"We're looking at the races in the beginning of the season as test sessions. Each race brings us a little closer to perfecting the car and solidifying our team."
