Sign Up for Website Fan Club

There is one type of membership in the Derrike Cope Fan Club, the website fan club. For more information, please see the Welcome page.

By signing up for the website fan club, if anything important happens we will have a way to notify you. Please enter all the information below. Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields.

Please note that if you have already signed up for the website fan club, you do not need to do it again unless you have modifications to be made such as a new mailing or email address. When you have finished signing up, check out the Fans section and provide your fan story for all of Derrike's fans to enjoy.

If you want to cancel your membership, please let us know by emailing Membership. Note: Since email is the only way we can contact website fan club members, after two emails have been returned because of problems with your email address, we will need to remove your name from the fan club membership. Thus, be sure to always keep us up to date with your information.
