Pam, John, & Grayson Wood

My name is Grayson Wood and my parents are Pam and John. I am 10 years old. I became a fan of Derrike's last year when he drove for Badcock Home Furnishings. My dad owns a store in Milton, Florida. I had never watched racing until then, and when we started watching the races I couldn't stop.

My only wish for Christmas this past year was to get an autographed picture of Derrike. I emailed him on my Mom's computer and hoped he would get it. Christmas Eve in the mail I got the picture. It made the best Christmas I ever had.

I have been collecting all of the Derrike Cope things I can find. When my parents went to Charlotte recently they found many things including two autographed Bojangles cars. They visited FoxCo Racing and brought back some SKITTLESŽ candy Mrs. Fox sent. I have collected 9 of the 1/64 scale Badcock cars but am looking for a 1/24 scale. I get money for making all A's and I want to buy one. I have all kinds of Derrike's race car stuff and buy just about anything I can find. I have 28 of Derrike's die-cast cars in all sizes.

I can't wait for this season to begin so I can see Derrike race. I took SKITTLESŽ candy to school for my friends for Valentines Day. We are going to Charlotte and probably to Talladega. I couldn't go in the pits at Talledaga to meet Derrike because I wasn't old enough but I hope I can get in them at Charlotte. I would love to meet him.
