| I first watched Derrike Cope in a
race in 1989 and thought there was something there to watch; I was right! In '90 we all know he did well with the 2 wins and several
good runs. I watch all the races and reports I can to follow his career and snag anything
with his name or number on it. It's tough to find this stuff in upper Pennsylvania but I
find what I can.
The past few years have been tough, but I haven't
lost hope for a lot more from Derrike. I think DC hasn't had the cars to take him to the
front for awhile but with the #30 team I think they are good enough that Derrike can
display his talent again. |
