Derrike will be driving in the Busch race this weekend. Derrike told us, "I will be driving a backup car #49 for Jay Robinson Racing this weekend in St. Louis. The plan is just to do a start and park and be there to assist Robert Richardson in any way I can throughout practice, qualifying, and the race."

In the first practice, Derrike was 38th fastest (faster than the #28 with Robert Richardson) with a time of 35.186 and speed of 127.892. In the second practice, he was 39th fastest (again faster than the #28) with a time of 34.670 and speed of 129.795.

In qualifying, Derrike produced his fastest lap of 34.832 with speed of 129.192. At the end of the round, Derrike was left in 37th position where he will start the race.

Derrike started the race in 37th position and finished in 42nd after the stark and park.
